The Patio
A few hundred square feet of outdoor seating, garage doors that can be open or close to your preference for inside access; shaded umbrellas, TV & audio.

- LAYOUT — Picnic tables and umbrellas, clearable for standing receptions or games.
- AV — Outdoor speakers on their own zone; 1 TV.

FAQ
Most private events are booked at least 2 weeks out. Holiday season books earliest, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind. We’ll do our best to say yes!
Packages start at $500 for a semi private area.
Burn Theory is our on site catering partner and is available Wed–Sun. BYO food is available on Mondays and Tuesdays. Burn Theory is happy to come out on their off days and times with a minimum spend on food.
We generally offer a 30 minute setup and breakdown time prior and after your event times. No glitter, confetti, rice, or similar items are allowed. Any decor attached to walls/posts must be approved ahead of your event.
We have a small dedicated parking lot, as well as free street parking outside. The City Market North streetcar stop is one block west. Rideshare pickup is easy right out front.
Yes. A full buyout holds up to 150, includes the patio, and we close to the public for the duration. Pricing will depend on the day and time of your event. Want the best buyout pricing? Have an event on Tuesday!
